THE OPPORTUNITY
After many successful years of growth, driven by referrals and repeat business, we are now commencing an exciting phase. We are now seeking new team members to join us and be part of this next major phase. Here is an overview of the opportunity:

  • You would be joining a consulting team of fellow accountants and supported by a team of marketing, administration and candidate management specialists.
  • You will be fully trained in professional consulting with internal and external trainers including behavioural interviewing techniques and ongoing personal development
  • We view what we do as PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING…NOT SALES…we help organizations to build high performing finance teams and assist individuals who are seeking work or need advice.
  • Since it is not a sales business we do not believe in pushy sales techniques. We DO believe in achieving our goals through strong professional relationships with clients and candidates.

Here’s who we are looking for:

  • You are an experienced commercial and/or professional accountant at an Assistant Accountant to Senior Accountant level, with a minimum degree qualification (or working towards).
  • You identify with and practice our values (including Professionalism, Integrity, Respect & Honesty), look forward to challenges, welcome learning opportunities and prefer to manage your own time.
  • You are a high achiever who is self-motivated and sets high personal standards.
  • You have a natural curiosity about people and consider yourself to be a perceptive and intuitive person.
  • You have highly advanced interpersonal skills that you adapt to different people and situations.
  • You are a positive, confident and well-organised person who enjoys a lot of people contact.
  • You have a high level of personal energy, drive, enthusiasm, optimism and fun.
